The following Membership Terms and Conditions apply:

• Non-Refundable
• Non-Transferable
• • Exception being our Corporate Memberships which allow the Bundle Administrator to deactivate a member who is no longer employed with their organization and replace them with another active employee.
• Auto-Renewing when membership is paid via credit card.
• I confirm that the First and Last Name entered under "Name Badge" in my membership profile is spelled correctly.  
• I authorize Tiger Bay Club of Volusia County to contact me via telephone, email and text message. By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, you agree to receive communication and messages from Tiger Bay Club of Volusia County. Message and data rates may apply. • I authorize Tiger Bay Club of Volusia County and its affiliates to make use of my appearance/video, photograph, and audio. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, or be electronically displayed via the Internet, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I give Tiger Bay Club of Volusia County and its affiliates the right to use my name, firm name, likeness and biographical material in this regard. I understand that I will receive no compensation for this. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic restriction to where these materials may be distributed.
